Thank You Card and Good Job Card

Other languages :    Arabic, Indonesian

In special activities "Tokkatsu", it is expected that each child will gain experience in practical group activities that allow them to recognize, utilize, and develop each other's strengths and potential.

It has been reported from schools in Japan that by repeating the below-mentioned actions, more and more students get to notice goodness in themselves and start saying kind words to their friends.

  • Say "thank you" to classmates, students of upper and lower grades in same school.
  • Find something they did well and write it on a card.
  • Read the card and share one's recognition with others.

The exampels here are "Thank You Card" and "Good Job Card." These particular ones are linked with school events. The activities involving the cards aim to have students find out good points in classmates, or colleagues in the upper and lower grades. They tell each other about the good points they find so that they do further improve on it.
